National Floors Direct

I realized I never finished posting my story. All in all my fight with National floors Direct ran for two solid months. What was supposed to be a one day installation never even got completed. After continually calling National floors Direct, talking to every so called supervisor there, certifying letters to them, I got no respect. National Floors Direct argued with me that the job was done when I clearly had pictures showing them it wasnt. National Floors Direct not only changed the wood on me, it used two different types. National Floors Direct used every shortcut in the book to finish the job. National Floors Direct is the most disorganized, unethical company. and they get you because they have you sign up for no interest, no payment for an entire year and they charge that credit against you even before they start/finish the job. National floors Direct tried to harass me into signing the work order saying they were completed by showing up at my doorstep randomly, calling me at all hours of the day, and leaving me voicemails. National Floors Direct caused be two months of grief and anxiety.

In the end, I took pictures of the disarray they left my apartment in (the broken furniture, the wood shavings left befind, the broken window, the damaged wood boards, the half-ass (pardon my language) job they did in the closets, etc. and mailed them with the certified letters that I had sent to National floors Direct (with no response) and a detailed timeline of who I spoke to each day and what I was promised. In the end, I ended up winning the dispute charge and got my wood floors for free. Of course, the following day is when National floors direct (three months have now passed at this time) began calling me continuously asking me if they could come finish the job now because their best contractor was available.

National floors direct is a terrible company to do business with. and national floors direct will take advantage of you in every way possible. national floors direct's managment team is comprised of a bunch of unethical scam artists who are looking for cheap money. fyi national floors direct sends contractors to your place without even telling you that they will be from a different company nor did they mention to me that they don't speak english!! having three random men in my apartment who didnt speak english was a very scary, interesting 8 hours. Anyays, if you have any questions I am willing to give you a real reference of my experience - put down the extra money and go with home depot or loewe's.
